Harvest Dinner in September!

We are currently planning a Harvest dinner Party for Mid-September. We are trying to establish how much interest there is. Please, if you'd like to come to Gendron's catering for a delicious meal and good company, fill out our Harvest Party form. This will be a 4 course meal prepared and grilled by Chef Daniel Gendron. Dedicated to Organic Food Production

We are dedicated to growing and marketing fresh organic produce as well as spaghetti sauces, salsa, apple sauce, and dried fruits and vegetables. Stay tuned for upcoming events and changes as we are just getting established. The photo on the right is of garlic harvest in 2009 with my son Jeremy.

No Chemicals!

We use no toxic chemicals for bug and disease control. We use only certifed organic disease control methods. Although we are not currently certified organic, we believe in these practices and are working toward becoming a Certified Organic production facility. The photo on the right is of my daughter, Emma, holding up one of our delicious tomatoes!

This months featured item is Gendron's Catering! Chef daniel is making all sorts of delicious dishes with our Fresh Organic Produce. Give a call or stop by for a sample! We are pleased to announce our CSA shares will be available for pick-up at Gendron's Catering located at 3767 Route 9G in Rhinebeck, NY right next to IXL Fitness. Chef Daniel is cooking up all kinds of Fresh Organic Foods. If you like, you can arrange to have Gendron's Catering turn our CSA shares directly into an explosion of flavor and a riot of colors. Chef Daniel has worked in many famous New York restaraunts and is a 1981 Culinary Institue graduate as well as a American Culinary Federation Board Certified Executive Chef.
